About the role
ABACUS Plumbing is currently seeking Residential Service Plumbers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
- Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills
- Explain and educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level
- Water heater replacement and repair
- Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, and toilets)
- Thorough understanding of home re-pipes and drain/sewer replacements
- Leak location and repair – under slab, sewer, water, pool, and sprinkler systems
- Maintain all equipment
- Complete a thorough process of lining and coating
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers
- Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of plumbing experience
- Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master’s license
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Leak location and repair experience (a plus)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
- Service Titan experience preferred

Pay
Service Technicians earn $85,000–$180,000 per year.
