About the role

Trademasters is a fast-growing federal contractor with over 30 years of industry experience. We offer comprehensive facility operations management, maintenance, and repairs for various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, call-desk operations, steam, boilers, UPS, generators, custodial, grounds, pest control, fire control systems, elevators, gates, bollards, service calls, architectural, structural, and building systems. Responsibilities

• Provide quality and efficient services in residential, commercial, and government environments.
• Work with basic hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
• Manage backflow issues and maintain journey or master licenses.
• Comply with OSHA standards and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including overtime, on-call rotations, and weekend work.

Requirements

• Four (4) years+ plumbing-related experience in residential, commercial, and government settings.
• Journey or Master licenses preferred.
• Backflow license preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random checks.
• Pass pre-employment background check and clearance for secured federal sites.
• High standard of professionalism, work ethics, and integrity.
• Strong work knowledge of job safety and ability to comply with safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain situations.
• Motivated to learn and grow professionally and technologically.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures.
