About the role

The duties and responsibilities of this Plumber in Construction Services include reading and interpreting blueprints, using plumbing tools and equipment to perform maintenance of pumps, pipe fittings, and HVAC installations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
• Perform maintenance of pumps, pipe fittings, and HVAC installations

Requirements

• A valid North Carolina Driver’s License or ability to obtain one prior to start date
• High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work

Qualifications

• Some positions may require special licenses or certification
• Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis

Skills

Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation; carry and use a ladder on job sites; and work from scaffolding.
