Plumber

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to handle plumbing work across our residential rental properties in the Charlotte market. This role focuses on repairs, maintenance, and inspections while ensuring all systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Inspect plumbing systems during move-outs, turnovers, and onboarding
• Support and guide in-house technicians on complex plumbing issues
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards
• Conduct quality checks on vendor work when needed
• Maintain clear communication and a professional, customer-first approach

Requirements

• Master Plumbing License (in-state)
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication
• Own standard plumbing tools

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Employment contingent on background check
• High school diploma or GED

Pay

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour (Base pay may be adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.)
