We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Service Technician to join our Building Services team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy tackling complex plumbing systems and are excited by the opportunity for additional hours and overtime pay. Flexibility for day and night shifts is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of commercial and industrial plumbing systems
• Address system failures such as leaks, stoppages, and damaged components
• Work on systems including:
  • Water closets
  • Sanitation systems
  • Fire sprinkler piping systems
  • Storm drainage
  • Domestic water heating systems
  • Hydronic piping systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system alterations
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and local codes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service
• Journeyman Plumbing License required; Master License preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site procedures
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, with availability for weekend and overtime work

Pay

• Top market hourly wages ($35–$50/hour)
• Overtime pay for additional shifts (evenings & weekends)
