Plumber

Job Summary

To provide various preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment and components of the utility delivery system.

To understand the position of maintenance mechanic 3 within the guidelines of the utility management program.

To take a key role in providing a physical plant that is safe and environmentally comfortable for patients, staff and visitors.

To maintain AUTOCAD files to keep the building drawings current and supply managers, inspectors and vendors drawings for construction in and around the building.

To oversee the operation of the department’s Novel network.

To be familiar with ACHA, OSHA and JCAHO guidelines.

To be familiar with repair and maintaining HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Trade school or technical school background preferred
• Previous health care maintenance experience preferred
• Minimum two (2) years construction trade experience
