About the role
Candidate will be working in an industrial park, mainly office buildings, warehouses, and laboratories. The team will assist with fire suppression systems.
Responsibilities
- Gathering tools and parts
- Preventative/Corrective maintenance tasks
- Plumbing maintenance
- Aiding with fire suppression system installation and maintenance
Requirements
- General plumbing experience
- Commercial experience preferred
- CMMS experience helpful
- License is nice to have, but not required
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or GED, trade school preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-sufficient with tasks
