About the role
The Survey Project Manager is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and successful delivery of land surveying projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees field and office survey teams, ensuring accurate data collection, efficient processing, and high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations.
The Survey Project Manager plays a key role in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, while also providing technical guidance in boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate land surveying projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee field and office survey teams to ensure accurate data collection and efficient processing.
- Deliver high-quality surveying results that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide technical guidance on boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and project lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in team leadership within a surveying context.
