PLPC/MSW/LPC

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual therapy sessions as needed
• Attend clinical meetings
• Participate in department training
• Follow strict ethical and clinical guidelines
• Patient-first mentality (T123)

Requirements

• A master's degree and valid Louisiana state PLPC license to practice
• BLS and CPI certification (if not certified upon employment, must acquire within 90 days of employment and maintain throughout employment)
• Six months - 1 year of group therapy experience preferred
• Clinical experience
• Basic knowledge of computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word / Outlook)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
• The ability to organize and time-manage
• Team-player
