PLM Change Analyst

Location: San Diego, CA - Onsite | Contract Type: W2 / C2C

About the role

The PLM Change Analyst will support production readiness for hardware products by working with cross-functional teams in PLM change analysis, configuration management, and product administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate engineering change forms in the PLM system.
• Analyze changes to ensure compliance with company policies and provide feedback when required.
• Manage and communicate project plans related to documentation release milestones.
• Create and manage top-level SKU configurations.
• Participate in and drive cross-functional project meetings.
• Support global production readiness teams.
• Provide PLM training and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues and identify short- and long-term solutions.
• Support documentation release milestones and change management activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Change Management experience.
• Hands-on PLM tool experience.
• AA degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of documentation control and change management best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask and reprioritize.
• Ability to independently research and resolve issues.
• Experience supporting organizational/process changes.
• Experience with ERP tools.
