Job Summary We are seeking a PLM Platform Engineer with deep experience operating either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter (preferably both) in large enterprise environments. In this role you will own the technical operation of the PLM platform — installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability — and partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant, and secure PLM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong PLM administration fundamentals, hands-on experience with PLM upgrades and migrations, and a measurement-driven approach to platform reliability. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineFive or more years of PLM platform administration experienceHands-on experience with either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in productionStrong experience with PLM upgrades and migrationsWorking knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administrationStrong Linux/Unix administration skillsExperience operating HA/DR for PLM environmentsFamiliarity with PLM integration brokers and middlewareScripting skills in shell, Python, or AnsibleExcellent troubleshooting and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience operating PLM on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)Exposure to infrastructure-as-code for PLM environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD patterns for PLM change managementPTC or Siemens PLM certificationsExperience with CAD integration patterns at scale How to Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
