Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC-based control systems for conveying and material handling equipment
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and drive systems
- Electrical panel design, component selection, and control architecture
- Configure and integrate industrial communication networks
- Support machine testing, commissioning, and system validation
- Work with engineering teams to develop and improve automation solutions
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation
- Afford support system troubleshooting and root cause analysis during machine development
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of control system designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial automation
- Basic understanding of PLC programming and industrial controls
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-based engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLC platforms (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Micro800)
- Experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell PLC platforms
