Players Club Representative - On-Call

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the ACSC computer program to create new Players Club accounts.
• Update and make necessary corrections to existing Players Club accounts.
• Answer guest inquiries related to their Players Club account, including point balances and promotional entries earned.
• Understand and communicate the benefits and privileges of the Players Club.
• Recognize and build relationships with frequent guests.
• Recognize and report abuse of the program to Management.
• Answer guest questions clearly and provide accurate information about the facility, promotions, offers, and events.
• Seek out new Players Club members for card acquisition, utilization, and email acquisition.
• Assist with promotions such as slot tournaments, giveaways, and award prizes.
• Staff events by staffing the Box Office, serving as ushers for concerts, and working a Will Call table.
• Staff Catch a Rising Star ticket booth on show nights.
• Assist with working the Call Center under Player Development by making calls and offering/reserving gifts/offers.
• Assist with Bus Tours if required.
• Maintain contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inform management of any issues affecting booth operations.
• Complete transactions accurately and promptly, providing exceptional guest service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
