Player's Club / Rewards Attendant – Wendover

Responsibilities

• Predominately assigned to work in the booth.
• Sign up new guests in the Player’s Club.
• Aid in slot tournaments and other promotions.
• Knowledge of all active promotions.
• Print cards.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• Ensure customer and business confidentiality.
• Perform related and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and minimal supervision.
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Able to handle pressured situations.
• Ability to see and read text on a standard computer monitor.

Qualifications

• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
