Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Use the guest’s name when possible.
• Assist servers in delivering food.
