Responsibilities
- Educate guests about the Electric Playhouse and what we have to offer
- Assist in maintaining the play, retail and entry areas
- Maintain cleanliness of admissions and front lobby/cafe area
- Maintain cleanliness of play areas and all recreational spaces
- Maintain stock levels and presentation of any advertising paraphernalia and retail items
- Coordinate with ticketing attendants, Event coordinators, and Management for any special events and/or immersive dining experiences or special groups
- Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
- Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, safety concerns, special circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
- Perform weekly and monthly inventories
- Learn, understand and demonstrate all available games and experiences to guests
- Learn and execute a standard of friendly active play for all ages of customer
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
