About the role

Are you a natural leader with a heart for children and a knack for keeping things fun, organized, and safe? We're looking for a high-energy, confident, and caring team member to run the show in our Play & Learn area! This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a real impact on the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example in a busy and joyful Play & Learn environment
• Keeping kids engaged, safe, and having a blast indoors
• Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities (think crafts, games, and creative chaos!)
• Building strong relationships with parents, kids, and team members
• Keeping everything running smoothly, cleanly, and by-the-book
• Helping with special events like Parent's Night Out and birthday bashes, Kids Jam and Fun Runs
• Writing daily reports and making sure all the important info is communicated

Requirements

• Experience working with children (and surviving to tell the tale!)
• Leadership skills, positivity, and patience
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Can lead or join 30 minutes of kid-friendly fitness fun (dance party, anyone?)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

Physical requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Full range of movement—our kids don't sit still and neither will you!
• Good hearing, vision, and energy levels to keep up with the fun
