Ready to build parts that matter? PacAero is looking for a Plating Utility Technician to join our manufacturing team in Agawam, MA. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support multiple plating operations used in the production of high‑precision components for critical aerospace applications. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants to build their skills in a specialized manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Support and train across multiple plating operations, including blasting, degreasing, chem film and other plating processes.
- Work hands‑on with parts throughout the process while learning the procedures, quality requirements and safe chemical‑handling practices required within the department.
- Work closely with the Plating team to keep production moving safely and efficiently while maintaining the quality our customers expect.
