About the role
A Program Manager at Google leads complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating stakeholders and cross-functional partners across the company. Projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. The role serves as the strategic link between Product, Marketing, and Sales, driving go-to-market strategies, aligning executive stakeholders, and equipping sellers and channel partners with high-impact collateral and targeted training.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex product roadmaps into clear commercial strategies.
- Optimize release processes and ordering to accelerate enterprise purchasing and reduce friction.
- Act as the strategic bridge connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Align executive stakeholders to unify market narratives and seamlessly navigate complex product pivots.
- Equip internal sellers, OEMs, and channel partners with high-impact collateral (pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks) and targeted training to confidently articulate value and overcome objections.
- Guide the field and customers through major product transitions or deprecations.
- Develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn, manage high-stakes escalations, and uncover timely upsell opportunities.
- Leverage product usage and pipeline data to drive targeted adoption campaigns.
- Identify economies of scale to build repeatable, systemic GTM processes across the P&D portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience with Go-To-Market strategies.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in change management communications.
- Experience in storytelling.

Pay
$159,000 - $231,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
