Platform Partner Mgr

About the role

We serve as the primary point of contact for case-level enrollment partnerships, supporting successful electronic enrollment implementation. We manage timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to internal and external partner requests. We coordinate case-level enrollment implementation activities across internal teams, external partners, brokers, and clients. We participate in integration calls to ensure clear communication of enrollment requirements, processes, and expectations. We address and resolve platform-related questions and issues; escalate complex concerns as needed. We maintain knowledge of company products, compliance requirements, and platform capabilities. We partner with internal and external stakeholders to support enrollment strategy execution. We identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to implementation of solutions. We assist with updates to work instructions and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains client and platform-specific profiles in internal systems, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and requirements.
• Captures and coordinates case-level enrollment implementation activities across internal teams, external partners, brokers, and clients.
• Participates in integration calls to ensure clear communication of enrollment requirements, processes, and expectations.
• Addresses and resolves platform-related questions and issues; escalates complex concerns as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of company products, compliance requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to support enrollment strategy execution.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and contributes to implementation of solutions.
• Assists with updates to work instructions and process documentation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory and industry requirements, and standard concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate to the insurance industry.
• Solid technical understanding of implementing services with third party platforms.
• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and develop effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Broad knowledge of Aflac products and systems related to enrollment facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of assigned partner platforms and their technical capabilities, configuration requirements, and integration processes.
• Strong knowledge of technical file/product requirements needed to process files.
• Strong knowledge of compliance language and evidence of insurability requirements, including technologies that support these requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6+ years of related work experience in client facing, relationship management.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Pay

The salary range for this job is $85,000 to $100,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.

Schedule

Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.
