Platform Integration Specialist - Onboarding PM

About the Role

As a Platform Integration Specialist, you will lead the integration of client data and platforms, optimize workflows, and act as a subject matter expert for complex integrations. This role collaborates across teams, drives process improvements, and provides guidance on escalated client and technical issues to ensure seamless platform implementation. The position is hybrid, requiring three or more days each week on-site at one of our office locations. Candidates should be within commutable distance to an office.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization across onboarding and integration projects.
• Manage escalated client situations and complex platform issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for custodial feed integrations, API connections, and BETA rollouts.
• Collaborate with product, programming, and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
• Oversee queue management, task assignments, and workload prioritization for team members.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client and technical needs.
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-departmental problem-solving groups and strategic initiatives.
• Support leadership by hosting team trainings, development sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure 100% compliance with process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience in onboarding, platform integration, or technical operations.
• Prior experience with custodial feeds or similar financial data integrations (preferred).
• Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and system enhancement projects.
• Advanced understanding of platform integrations, APIs, and data feed management.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize workflows.
• Expertise in project and queue management, prioritization, and task delegation.
• Excellent client management skills, including handling escalations and complex issues.
• Proficiency with AI, automation tools, and system enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional influence to guide decision-making.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring and training team members.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into actionable solutions.
• Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Pay

Salary range: $30.72 - $45.75 per hour. Pay may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
