Platform Engineer, AI Agent Systems

About the role

The Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure for AI agent systems. This role requires expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, and product managers
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability
• Document and communicate technical decisions and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and experience with API Gateway
• Experience with distributed systems and fault tolerance techniques
• Experience with security best practices and compliance standards
