About the Role
We're collaborating with a leading applied research and development organization that delivers innovative solutions to the federal government, focusing on energy, resilience, and sustainability. This organization plays a critical role in enhancing national security and protecting vital assets.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions in GCC High/IL5 environments.
- Design Dataverse data models, security roles, and business logic layers aligned with federal data governance.
- Build and maintain complex Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including API integrations and error handling.
- Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models using star schema design, DAX, and Row-Level Security.
- Oversee integration design between Power Platform and external systems via custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services.
- Champion FedRAMP High, ITAR, DFARS, and CMMC compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- 7+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience in IL5, GovCloud, or similar regulated environments.
- 3+ years of experience developing in a U.S. federal, DoD, GCC High / IL5 environment with FedRAMP High compliance knowledge.
- Proven ownership of full-lifecycle Power Platform projects, from requirements to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse data modeling, RBAC security roles, and business rules.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship.
