What's the Job?
Support future System on Chip (SoC) power and performance feature development through lab execution and validation.
Set up and maintain open-box motherboard systems, including BIOS, OS, drivers, and software stacks.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, system bring-up, and validation of hardware components.
Develop and improve test methodologies, automation scripts, and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications and performance goals are met.
What's Needed?
- Strong programming fundamentals with experience in C/C++, scripting languages such as Python.
- Understanding of CPU and APU architecture, including processor fundamentals and power/performance concepts.
- Hardware troubleshooting skills with familiarity in motherboard diagnostics, BIOS updates, and system bring-up.
- Experience with lab environments, hardware testing, and automation frameworks.
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate technical information clearly.
