Platform Analyst, Junior P24

Overview Of Position

We are looking for a Platform Analyst, Junior, to work in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge management activities for CCE engineering teams
• Maintain technical library with up-to-date documentation
• Organize and maintain operating manuals, application documentation, and training manuals
• Support documentation of hardware and software interface specifications
• Affiliate with Monthly Status Report preparation and data collection
• Support user guides and support documentation
• Maintain configuration baseline documentation
• Affiliate with lessons learned documentation
• Cook up document reviews and approvals

Qualifications

• Experience/Skills: Entry-level position - no prior experience required
• Security+ or SSCP certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in team environment
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
• Document management experience preferred
• SharePoint experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship or co-op experience in IT environment
• Experience with document management systems
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
• Technical writing experience

Education

• Associates degree IT, Business, or related field

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• (ISC)² SSCP
