Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions to clarify business processes and system needs.
- Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and downstream system impacts before development begins.
- Support ongoing platform improvements and feature enhancements.
- Analyze system usage, performance trends, and user feedback to recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with architects and tech leads to ensure integration requirements are clearly defined.
- Troubleshoot data and interface issues in partnership with technical teams.
- Ensure data consistency and process alignment across systems.
- Work closely with tech leads during sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Auxiliary support for release planning and post-release validation.
- Assist with root cause analysis for production issues affecting business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or platform administration.
- Experience working with enterprise-grade distributed systems or platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management processes.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Experience coordinating UAT or release activities.
- Knowledge of public cloud (AWS/OCI).
- Experience operating in an Agile environment.
- Experience testing web applications built on Angular.
