Plater 1 (2nd Shift)

About the role

Reports to: Department Supervisor. Location: Garden Grove, CA. Type: Full-Time. Work is performed in a manufacturing setting, shop conditions that can exceed 100°F. This position requires access to ITAR-regulated technical data; applicants must meet ITAR requirements prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year(s) experience in chemical processing
• High School diploma or better

Pay

Compensation Range: $16.50 - $18.47 per hour (DOE) + Shift Differential

Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12am
