About the role

The Aesthetic Medical Director is a flexible leadership role that combines clinical oversight with strategic collaboration. You’ll support clinical teams, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and play a pivotal role in fostering innovation within LaserAway’s mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and LaserAway’s mission.
• Implement protocols and identify areas for clinical improvement to drive consistency across clinics.
• Work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer, and maintain strong ties with regulatory agencies and the broader medical community.
• Conduct quarterly clinic site visits and participate in virtual meetings, fostering innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as a compliance and risk mitigation expert, representing LaserAway’s clinical excellence at every level.

Requirements

• A M.D. or D.O. degree and an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Licensed Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist required.
