About the role

Oversee injection molding process parameters and lead process technicians and engineers at an automotive thermoplastic parts plant owned by ARKAL Automotive, headquartered in Israel with a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Auburn, Alabama since 2012. The plant supplies Daimler, General Motors, Volkswagen‑Audi, and BMW and focuses on lightweight thermoplastic parts using sophisticated development tools, cost‑effective/density‑effective materials, and composite material integration with injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee molding machine parameters and ensure consistency of the molding process to meet production goals.
• Set molding machines and supporting systems to correct parameters.
