Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety for all employees within your area of responsibility.
  • Investigate and address safety concerns promptly.
  • Lead risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize and lead safety meetings.
  • Conduct and document incident investigations.
  • Train and develop employees.
  • Set and achieve goals for your team.
  • Motivate and coach team members.
  • Guide the Molding Group team.
  • Manage mold repairs and rebuilds.
  • Monitor and report on production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with support groups.
  • Oversee employee evaluations.
  • Troubleshoot molding process issues.
  • Assist in training new personnel.
  • Utilize established ISO, HACCP, SQF, and GDC procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in Injection Molding or Production/Operations management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
