Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgeon

Responsibilities

  • Providing reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery services.
  • Supporting Level I and II trauma centers and other service lines such as surgical oncology, orthopedics, wound care, vascular, ENT, and podiatry.
  • Participating in high‑volume procedures including oncologic reconstruction, autologous breast reconstruction, head and neck reconstruction, limb salvage, and aesthetic surgery.
  • Engaging in research, medical student education, and faculty duties for residency programs.

Qualifications

  • Board‑certified or board‑eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care and education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑based environment.

Pay

Competitive compensation ranging from $620,000 to $745,000, with incentives and relocation support.
