Our client is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join their Responsive Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Duties
- General plastering repairs, from small patch repairs to full room plastering
- Dry lining, float and skim work
- Damp and mould treatment, including washing and thermal painting
- Working from handheld devices and electronic job sheets
- Managing your own workload efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
- Working safely and professionally within customers' homes at all times
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties (essential)
- Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance
- Confidence completing damp and mould remedial works
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to pass a DBS check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
