Job Description

• Layout project according to plans & specifications
• Coverage of preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen
• Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials
• Carry and transfer of material
• Cordination of the staging of the material
• Measurement, cutting and installation of EIFS substrate
• Installation of mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS
• Installation of multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structures
• Cleaning up, protecting, moving material, tools & equipment
• Erecting and dismantling scaffolds
• Calculation of unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars
• Attendance and participation in all required company training programs
• Conformance to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to perform basic math
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Able to lift 40 pounds at a time
