Job Description
- Layout project according to plans & specifications
- Coverage of preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen
- Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials
- Carry and transfer of material
- Cordination of the staging of the material
- Measurement, cutting, and installation of EIFS substrate
- Installation of mesh, leveling coats, and finishes for EIFS
- Installation of multi-step plaster systems at exterior and interior structures
- Cleaning up, protecting, moving material, tools & equipment
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolds
- Calculation of unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked, and labor dollars
- Attendance and participation in all required company training programs
- Conformance to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
