Plaque/Cast Manufacturing Specialist

About the role

Gemini is looking for a 2nd shift Team Member to join the team at our location in Decorah, IA. Come be a part of a positive, people-first culture that is focused on leveraging each team member’s strengths to help bring our customers’ unique signage products to life.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing hand/power tools and operating equipment to finish high quality product.
• Inspecting and assembling the finished product and shipping appropriately to the customer.
• This role sits in a metal foundry. Our operators create sand molds to be poured with liquid metal to create a metal casting.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Operate a variety of power saws and routers, cutting out letters from plastic sheets.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience
• Automotive Paint Experience
• High level of mechanical aptitude
• Foundry related experience
• Leverage Lean manufacturing experience

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength

Pay

$20.34 - 26.92 per hour

Schedule

Consistent Schedule: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, Tuesday through Friday
