Plant Trainer & Skilled Trade Instructor

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead onboarding and learning initiatives at our manufacturing plant, promoting associate success and retention. Responsibilities include: managing new hire onboarding, developing and improving training materials, instructing department-specific classes, analyzing training data, and supporting engagement activities across the plant.Supporting onboarding processes, coordinating tours, and facilitating communication with hiring managers to ensure smooth integration of new associates.Analyzing training effectiveness, developing metrics, and ensuring associates meet training requirements using Honda systems and internal tools.Assisting with plant-wide engagement initiatives such as open houses, outreach to educational institutions, and internal refresher training. Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in Human Resources or Learning & Development. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Work conditions: minimal travel required.
