Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily plant care activities, including watering, fertilizing, scouting, and general maintenance
- Conduct planting, sampling, transplanting, and pollination activities
- Maintain accurate records and document plant growth and performance
- Support greenhouse and growth chamber environmental management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stewardship expectations
- Follow HSE guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with research teams to execute experimental plans and timelines
- Occasionally cover weekends and holidays as needed

- Ability to perform physical duties in greenhouse conditions

- Experience with data collection and recordkeeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field
- Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with soybean hybridization
- Experience with greenhouse or growth chamber environmental control systems
- Familiarity with agricultural research practices and experimental workflows
- Working knowledge of plant biology, crop growth requirements, and plant care principles
