As part of our Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant equipment and systems. This position involves overseeing the preventative maintenance program, managing maintenance schedules, and leading key maintenance initiatives to ensure optimal plant performance.
Responsibilities
- Reliability Oversight: Ensure the reliability and performance of all plant equipment and systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and manage the preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of maintenance employees and oversee plant maintenance schedulers/planners.
- Parts Management: Supervise the parts storeroom, ensuring adequate inventory and timely availability of parts.
