Plant Protection Security Guard Weekend PT- CWC
About the role
The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe daily production of cast camshafts for CWC Textron's diverse customer base, including major OEMs. This position is based in Muskegon and is part of Kautex, a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular plant and grounds security checks at pre-determined intervals during shift.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Promote and adhere to all MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team, performing tasks requiring attention to detail and physical endurance.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
