Plant Protection Security Guard Weekend PT (3rd shift)- CWC

About the role

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe daily production of cast camshafts for CWC Textron's diverse customer base, including major OEMs. This position is based in Muskegon and is part of a global network of Kautex plants, which are leaders in automotive and industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular plant and grounds security checks at pre-determined intervals during shift.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Promote and adhere to all MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring physical effort.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team-oriented and multitasking skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
