Plant Protection Security Guard Weekend PT (3rd shift)- CWC

About the role

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe daily production of cast camshafts for CWC Textron's diverse customer base, including major OEMs. This position is based in Muskegon and is part of a global network of Kautex plants.

Responsibilities

• Practices and promotes safe working habits in compliance with all MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards.
• Performs regular plant and grounds security checks at pre-determined intervals during shift.
• Maintains work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Must have good attention to detail, especially when performing repetitive tasks.
• Works collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work well within a team
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Physically capable of walking, bending, twisting, and standing repeatedly

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• Preference given to Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces
