About the role
The PPO is the first line of defense for Bell facilities. This person is an armed security officer who assists in controlling access to all Bell Fort Worth/Arlington/Grand Prairie facilities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School education or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of experience in Security and/or Industrial Security or related field
Skills/Certifications
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance notwithstanding Collective Bargaining Agreement Article XX, Section 92(B) and (C)
- Must obtain and maintain a Texas Private Security Bureau Commissioned Security Officer Level 3 Certification within one hundred and twenty (120) day probationary period
- Maintain a valid Texas State Class C Driver's License
- Preferred/Not Required: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
- Excellent customer service
- Background in Industrial Security or related field
- CPR/First Aid/AED certifications
