Responsibilities
- Streamline Project Management workflows and conducting FEL studies (preliminary evaluation, project design, cost estimation, cost control)
- Work with Engineering for capital project development; bid evaluation; project scheduling and coordination; installation and debugging
- Analyze repetitive equipment failures and design solutions to reduce estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives
- Assess the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due
- Assess required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment
- Assess and report safety hazards associated with all plant equipment (maintenance and production)
- Implement designs or practice changes, through hands on involvement
- Train full-time employees, contractors, and agency employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering
- Project Engineering/Project Management experience (training or certification)
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in project engineering roles in a heavy industrial environment
- Working knowledge of general plant construction practices, building construction, installation of equipment, etc.
- Knowledge of OSHA and general EPA regulations is highly desired
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay
- $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
