Plant Production Team Member 2nd Shift

About the role

At Portillo's Food Service (PFS), we cook, package, and ship our food to Portillo's restaurant locations across the country. We are looking to add Team Members that want to grow with the company as we expand. Production departments include: Peppers, Beef Cooking, Beef Slicing, and Gravy.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and package products for shipment to restaurants nationwide
• Cook, slice, and package Italian beef
• Wash dishes and clean facility at end of each shift

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• Heavy lifting
• Standing for long periods of time
• Ability to work 10+ hours per day
• Ability to work in hot (90°F+) or cold (40°F) environments
• Must have worked at Portillo's for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours per week over a 6-month period

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Pay

$18.60 per hour
