Position Summary

The Production Planner is responsible for owning the plant production planning and scheduling process to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely execution of manufacturing operations. This position exercises independent judgment in establishing production priorities, balancing plant capacity, allocating resources, and resolving operational challenges that impact quality, productivity, inventory, and customer commitments. Serving as the primary liaison between cross functional teams, this role provides operational leadership over production readiness while ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation are aligned to support manufacturing objectives.
