Plant Operator - Ready-Mix Batching

What You’ll Do

• Promote Safety
• Operate plant equipment to regulate the flow of materials
• Maintain responsibility for starting up, batching, and shutting down the batch plant
• Inspect equipment, structures, and material
• Assist quality control and drivers to ensure quality material is being produced
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of plant equipment
• Monitor processes and materials
• Repair and maintain plant equipment

Skills You’ll Need

• Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry
• A basic knowledge of concrete, cement, or construction industries
• Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
• Knowledge of industrial tools and their maintenance

Hourly Range

The hourly range for this role is between $24.50 - $39.00. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
