Plant Operator - Ready-Mix Batching
What You’ll Do
- Promote Safety
- Operate plant equipment to regulate the flow of materials
- Maintain responsibility for starting up, batching, and shutting down the batch plant
- Inspect equipment, structures, and material
- Assist quality control and drivers to ensure quality material is being produced
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of plant equipment
- Monitor processes and materials
- Repair and maintain plant equipment
Skills You’ll Need
- Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry
- A basic knowledge of concrete, cement, or construction industries
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Knowledge of industrial tools and their maintenance

Hourly Range
The hourly range for this role is between $24.50 - $39.00. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
