Responsibilities

• General plant labor and clean‑up of production areas, including shoveling around conveyors and assisting with plant clean‑up and operations.
• Run various pieces of equipment as needed – such as a bobcat, skid steer, haul truck, dozer, and track hoe.
• Be trained in various production positions and fill in as needed during vacations, absences, and periods of increased production demand.
• Operate water truck to control dust on roadways.
• Report equipment problems to management and help maintain quarry and equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and equipment pre‑shift reports, if applicable.
• Assist other workers as needed or directed and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as bobcat, skid steer, and haul truck.
• Self‑motivated; able to perform duties without constant supervision.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand basic safety and work instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen.
