Plant Operator - Coleman

About the role

P&K Stone LLC is seeking Aggregate Plant Operators to join our Production Team. This role operates the crusher and monitors conveyor belts and related equipment, ensuring efficient and safe workflow from quarry to crusher.

Responsibilities

• Manually operate the crushing and screening equipment
• Monitor gauges and observe equipment flow during operation
• Maintain strong communication with other plant employees
• Identify and adjust material blends to meet quality standards
• Communicate with quality control and management personnel
• Perform routine maintenance on conveyor belts and crushing equipment
• Shut down equipment in emergencies, coordinate repairs, and operate telehandlers, skid steers, and other equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Highly dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work more than 40 hours per week
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, tolerating heights, performing duties in all climates, wearing personal protective equipment

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and MSHA Part 46 training is a plus.
