Plant Operator, 1st Shift, (M-F, 8am-4pm)

About the role

Roper Thermals is seeking an entry level Plant Operator to join their manufacturing team. They manufacture materials used in temperature regulation, shipping, and cosmetics. The position is available on the first shift from 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant operations and activities
• Packaged finished products and prepare for shipping
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

Qualifications

• No experience required - all training is provided
• Able to handle physical workload
• Previous experience in manufacturing a plus
