Plant Operations Controls Coordinator
What's the Job?
Support all associated plant control activities to include audit planning, controls training, access reviews, document management
Cook up compliance controls and integrity management activities to ensure plant operations are within set guidelines/processes
Support reporting on Business control KPIs, irregularity logs, and control activities
Support scheduling and audit readiness activities, which may include maintenance, external audits
Act as a Steward for plant practices, escalating deviations to appropriate staff
Manage controls documentation, to include inventory, and equipment lists, ensuring plant requirements and data integrity
Oversee records management, document review, and contract administration processes
Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and procedures
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Economics, or a related field
- 5 years experience in auditing, compliance, and controls with a focus on record management and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multi-cultural team environment
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Microsoft Access is desirable
